About
Keeping venue knowledge connected to visitor curiosity
Visitors are already asking questions through their phones and smart glasses. Venues already have the answers their teams stand behind. NuvoGuide exists to close the gap between those two things.
Early access. Platform integration and device availability are being validated. Talk to us if your venue looks like a fit.
Why we are building this
Every museum director, heritage house manager, and event organiser we speak to has the same problem: their team knows far more than visitors ever hear. That knowledge lives in briefing notes, the heads of two or three people, and a catalogue that was never meant to be a visitor tool. NuvoGuide is being built to connect that knowledge to the moment a visitor looks at something and wonders.
Our approach
We start with a small, well-reviewed set of information: descriptions of what is here, what makes each thing distinctive, and the stories the venue is willing to stand behind. We work with museums, heritage sites, galleries, attractions, and events of all sizes, including volunteer-run organisations. A useful first pilot does not require a large team or a complete database.
Venue staff and volunteers remain the authors and reviewers of everything visitors hear. NuvoGuide is the connection, not the voice.
Contact and operator
The public name is NuvoGuide. VenueOS is the internal project name. The legal operator for production will be published here once confirmed.
