Effective 2026-10-01. This page describes the public NuvoGuide website, not a glasses product and not a third-party assistant.

The legal operator is taken from site configuration when it is set.

What this website collects

If you send an enquiry, the site stores name, email, organisation, optional website, venue type, country or region, your goal, and optional role, collection size, timeline, and a marketing-updates choice. It also stores the page you sent the form from and any query string on that page.

Enquiries are written to this website’s own database. When email delivery is configured, NuvoGuide emails the enquiry to its inbox and emails a short confirmation to the address on the form. Those messages are sent through Brevo, which processes them as the email provider. No other processor is used unless a webhook URL is set in the server environment. The address is also added to the NuvoGuide enquiries list in Brevo so the enquiry can be followed up. If you tick product updates, the same address is added to the NuvoGuide product updates list. That box stays off unless you select it, and leaving it off does not remove an address that was added earlier.

The marketing-updates box is off unless you select it. It is separate from the service enquiry.

What this website does not collect

The marketing pages do not upload photographs, audio, or glasses frames. They do not run analytics unless a later configuration says so on this page. They do not require an account.

Glasses and assistants

Compatible glasses and AI assistants process what a visitor sees according to those products’ own policies. NuvoGuide returns catalogue facts without requiring the visitor’s image. A private development build can still capture a still photograph when that fallback is switched on. That build is not this website.

Retention and contact

Enquiries are kept so a person can reply. There is no automated deletion schedule published here. To ask about a record, use the contact form or email [email protected].

This informational site does not set an analytics cookie. A session is not required to read the pages.
