Attractions & experiences

Help every visitor discover more of your attraction.

At most attractions, the visitor information gap is a faded sign and a floor guide already talking to thirty people. NuvoGuide is being built so visitors get real answers, in the moment, from the schedule and information your team actually published.

Illustrative visitors at a fictional aquarium exhibit.

The right answer exists. It just cannot reach every visitor at once.

Your team knows when the next session starts, what the experience involves, and what visitors should expect. That information lives in shift notes, a website, and your visitor services team. The challenge is getting it to one visitor at a time, the moment they ask. The first pilot is one zone or experience, not a full information overhaul.

The next talk is at 11:15 at the south gallery, upper viewing level. The marine team covers daily diet, hunting depth, and feeding behaviour. It runs about 12 minutes. No booking needed; arrive a couple of minutes early for the best view. There is another session at 2:30 if you miss that one.

What you need to start

  • The names and descriptions of the experiences you want to cover
  • Location descriptions in the language your visitors already use
  • Your schedule, with the name of whoever keeps it current
  • The visitor guidance your team already publishes or gives verbally
  • How nearby experiences connect

Start with one zone

Pick one hall, one loop, or one demonstration area. Bring the answers your team gives on the floor already. Name whoever keeps the schedule and make sure they know they own the updates. That is enough to start.

How the workflow is intended to work

Questions venues ask

Schedules change on the day.

Someone on your team publishes the current version; NuvoGuide delivers it. We cannot read your internal systems, so the process needs a person who updates the record when things change.

We already have visitor information online.

That is a head start. The work is making sure the right details are specific enough to answer the question a visitor is actually asking on the floor.

What about connectivity and hardware?

Both are things to plan together in the pilot conversation. Device support is being confirmed; we will not assume a hardware setup before talking it through with you.

We have seasonal exhibits.

Seasonal content needs someone who updates the records when the season changes. We will set that up as part of the pilot.
