Founding venues
Help shape a guide built around your venue's knowledge
Your visitors are already asking questions through their phones and smart glasses. You already have the answers your team stands behind. NuvoGuide is being built to put those two things together. If you run a museum, heritage site, gallery, attraction, or event and want to give visitors better answers, start the conversation here.
Early access. Platform integration and device availability are being validated. Talk to us if your venue looks like a fit.
Who this is for
Museums and heritage sites, galleries, visitor attractions, and event organisers, including volunteer-run venues. You do not need a large team, a finished database, or an in-house developer. You need a collection, a room, or a zone you can describe well, and one person who can review what visitors are allowed to hear.
How a pilot works
- Tell us about your venue. Use the form to introduce yourself, describe what you want to achieve, and give us a sense of where you would start.
- We have a conversation. We talk through whether NuvoGuide is the right fit, what the timeline looks like, and what would make a useful first test.
- We agree what to cover. We confirm the collection or zone, and what each side needs to do.
- You get your information ready. You write or review the answers you want visitors to hear. We help you understand what works well and what to leave out.
- We test it together. We run through the questions visitors actually ask and review the results with you.
Pilot conversations are starting in Canada. Teams in other regions are welcome to register interest, and we will reach out when availability expands.
Terms, duration, and pricing are confirmed individually. There is no price table on this page. If you later agree to act as a reference or case study, that is always a separate, optional conversation. Technical readers can also see the draft API overview.
