Conventions & exhibitions

Connect attendees with what matters at your event.

Every exhibitor has a story, a booth, and usually a demo with a specific time. Right now that information is split across a show guide, an app half your attendees never opened, and a registration spreadsheet. NuvoGuide is being built so attendees ask on the floor and hear the current, correct answer.

The information exists. It is just not where the question is asked.

Your show guide has the booth numbers. Your website has the exhibitor descriptions. Your exhibitors sent demo times in three separate emails. Attendees still ask floor staff what is happening directly in front of them. This is not ticketing, booking, or indoor navigation. It is the right answer to the question people are already asking.

What you bring to a pilot

  • Exhibitor names and the names people actually use to search for them
  • Booth numbers
  • A short description of each exhibitor
  • Session and demo times, durations, and time zone
  • A named person who can publish last-minute changes

Pilot one hall or one exhibitor group

Agree the show dates, time zone, and who can push a correction on the day. Start with one hall or one category of exhibitors. A short-lived event is a reasonable first scope; it still needs someone responsible for keeping the information current.

Questions venues ask

What about last-minute changes?

Someone on your team publishes the update; NuvoGuide delivers the current version. We cannot read your systems or invent a corrected schedule on your behalf.

Several exhibitors have similar names.

Booth numbers and common aliases help tell them apart. When the system cannot be certain, it asks the attendee which stand they mean rather than picking one.

The event only runs for a few days.

Short-lived events are a reasonable first scope. They still need availability dates and a named person who keeps the information current.

Who owns the exhibitor information?

You and your exhibitors, as you agree between yourselves. NuvoGuide does not write exhibitor copy or pull information from outside sources.
